Compensation expense for the six months ended June 30, 2020 will decrease. Other income (expense) will decrease due to less interest expense, a gain on settlement of debt, and elimination of fair value of derivative liabilities, all due to the settlement of outstanding debt in January 2020. The Company is not able to quantify the changes at this time.
